This game was influenced by a variety of sources:

• Jeffrey L. Kromer, creator of ORX, a great little indie game, for the idea of non-fixed difficulties, use of polyhedral dice, and types of actions (Styles).  This game is no longer a free HTML; apparently Mr. Kromer intends to re-release it as a pay product.  I think it will sell very well indeed.
• hermes, the creator of Capes & Cowls, for inspiration.  This is a class-A superhero RPG, and you should definitely check it out (it also happens to be free).
